For Kapil, hospitality has always been more than just a job. Starting his career in Melbourne's bustling bar and restaurant scene as a teenager, he quickly realised his love for the industry. With a formal education in hospitality and training as both a qualified chef and bartender, Kapil turned his dream into reality with the launch of Crave Restaurant. 

 

"I wanted to bring my passion and love for food to Crave," says Kapil. "This is my first business, and I am driven to make it a must-visit restaurant for Boronia and the surrounding suburbs." 

 

Elevating the dining experience 

Crave isn’t just about great food, it’s about exceptional service. With a focus on five-star hospitality, Kapil and his team go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience. 

 

Looking ahead, Crave has some exciting plans, including special event nights like Footy Nights with specials and affordable function packages. Whether you're stopping by for a casual meal or planning a celebration, Crave is dedicated to exceeding expectations with delicious, freshly cooked food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Since taking over Crave five months ago, Kapil has been overwhelmed by the support and love from the local community. He especially values the restaurant’s elderly customers, who have been a great source of encouragement and motivation. 

"We truly appreciate our customers and their support," says Kapil. "They make Crave what it is today, and we are committed to giving back by continuously enhancing their dining experience."
