With over 20 years in the service industry and now three years in hospitality, Christine took a leap of faith to create something truly special. Encouraged by family and close friends, she embraced her Greek heritage and focused on delivering the fresh, flavourful, and health-conscious meals the Mediterranean diet is known for.
