From Gippsland to Ferntree Gully
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Angus and his team have perfected the art of creating a cozy and inviting café experience. Before opening Gus & El’s, Angus successfully ran a café in Gippsland, but he was eager to bring his passion for great food and coffee to a new community. In February 2021, he opened Gus & El’s Café in Mountain Gate Shopping Centre, and in just two years, it has grown into a much-loved part of the local dining scene.
